Welcome To The Heart of Adelton
Every day feels like a retreat at our future amenity center, featuring 6,500 square feet of resort-style pools, 10,000 square feet of entertainment space, pickleball and basketball courts, a dog park, an outdoor biergarten with fireplace, and comfortable indoor hangout areas. It’s where neighbors connect, families make memories, and community comes to life.
“My husband’s job brought us to Bastrop, but the community kept us here in Adelton. The community has a small town charm but is still close to everything else. We get the best of both worlds.”
Nichole B. – Adelton Resident
“Bastrop is a friendly place to live and people care, they really do. We like how each house is different; the colors are different, the doors are different. We’re looking forward to the amenity center.”
Michelle A. and Pete S. – Adelton Residents
“I love the color and style of homes in Adelton and the wide sidewalks. I’ve always wanted a home with the garage in the back. The people here have become not only my neighbors but also family. We support and look out for each other.”
Mary H. – Adelton Resident
“We love Adelton because of the location. It’s easy to get to Austin. Adelton is also a peaceful location. At night, it’s quiet, safe, and you can see the stars. We’ve only been here 6 months, but we’ve made a community here with our neighbors.”
Kim E. – Adelton Resident
“Our neighbors are so personable and welcoming, they already feel like extended family. The skies feel bigger here, and the air just seems fresher. It’s peaceful in a way that’s hard to describe but easy to appreciate.”
Gina V. – Adelton Resident

Urban convenience meets sustainable stewardship.
Our sustainability practices honor the existing landscape while thoughtfully balancing development needs. We enhance our landscape by replanting with native species, reducing water needs and simplifying long-term maintenance. Streets and sidewalks are tree-lined, sheltering residents from sun and heat. Required clearing is handled responsibly by mulching onsite and repurposing for trail surfacing and erosion control. Adelton is committed to respecting the community’s environment.
Connectedness at every turn.
More than two decades of master planning experience went into Adelton – ensuring schools, trails, and commercial spaces grow alongside our neighborhood, creating a vibrant community where connection happens naturally.
